Kuini by Lyncia Muller, is a visually striking tribute to the life, poetry, and enduring legacy of Queen Sālote Tupou III — Tonga’s beloved matriarch of arts, language, and leadership.

Tauveve Andy Tilo-Faiaoga's Shapes in the Clouds is a vibrant intergenerational dance-theatre journey, rich with imagination, heart, and movement.

Join us in Te Ao Mārama South Atrium for excerpts of these works, and to hear from the choreographers ahead of the premiere performances at Mangere Arts Centre.

Pacific Dance Festival is an annual festival based in Tāmaki Makaurau which celebrates the beauty and diversity of Pacific dance, from powerful heritage forms to bold contemporary works.
